What is a certificate of conformity?
The «Green Certificate» (CEMT) is a certificate of compliance with the technical conditions for emissions and noise, as well as the safety requirements of a motor vehicle «EURO III safe», «EURO IV safe», «EURO V safe», «EEV safe» or «EURO VI safe». The certificate is issued by the vehicle manufacturer or an official representative in the country of registration of the vehicle. The certificate is valid for an unlimited period. It is issued completed in German, English, and French, with consecutive numbering to ensure the ability to track certificate numbers for authenticity.
