Always concentrated on the track
Holiday travelling means long and monotonous journeys on the motorway or on country roads, which can tire the driver and reduce concentration. The MAN AttentionGuard1) minimises – within the system limits – the risk of accidents by detecting the first signs of lack of concentration and overtiredness at an early stage. For this purpose, it uses the camera data of the MAN Lane Guard System1) as well as other relevant vehicle data. We support the driver in actively avoiding accidents and thus also help to reduce repair costs and downtime.
Intelligently realised safety on long routes
As soon as the MAN AttentionGuard1) detects the first signs of lack of concentration and overtiredness, the driver is warned.
For around ten seconds, the message “Break Recommended” appears on the display, along with an audio signal and an optional haptic signal.
